great app but it always crashes when I try to look at my favorites

Upping their fees every day it feels like. There’s plenty of better options.

I sold a pant there. First they take 20% commissions which is an absolute ripoff for the service they provide. I sent the pant to the buyer in the US but I had no tracking number as it would have cost 60$ like that so I sent without tracking. Then I tried to contact support about this. It took 5 days to get an answer and in the meantime my sale was cancelled. Money lost for shipping and my pant gone.

Für eine App die communitybasiert ist, ist der Support die Hölle. Wenig hilfreich und viel zu langsam. Viele fakes auf der Seite. Ohne Fachwissen kann man da schnell abgezogen werden. Der Käuferschitz scheint sich ausschließlich auf den Schutz von Paypal zu beziehen und ist somit etwas vorgegaukelt, da es keinen eigenen Schutz von grailed zu geben scheint. Mehrere items kaufen im Sinne eines einzelnen Warenkorbs gibt es nicht.

If you have a Problem you dont get any help from Grailed. The System of Grailed is that grailed want the Money of your sold baut if you habe any Problem with the Buyer you dont get any Support from Grailed. Do not use Grailed it is unsafe.

I don’t know many people who use this app for selling and buying designer pieces, shoes, and more yet but I wish I would! this is actually a very great place for finding unique clothing (or at least I use it for this reason the most) and as I have already mentioned earlier, very very slept on this app.. already found so many things I was looking for easily in seconds.. for vintage lovers, hypebeast.. or whatever just anybody who has maybe an interest for fashion in some way gets a piece from the cake there! didn’t work with the selling system yet but buying works very well and to my experience, I didn’t had any issues👍🏻

no horizontal support for an app in 2023 is actually crazy

They take no real responsibility in the process at all! In case of problems with the goods, or fraud, you have to deal with PayPal yourself - moreover, it can happen that suddenly the seller no longer exists, with a transaction still in progress - that's unbelievable! My own experience: 2 fraudsters in 3 transactions, so two PayPal escalations that cost a lot of time and produce trouble. With ebay it is ultimately just as safe and costs just as much time. Problems must be escalated there just as here via PayPal.

Every time I make a listing and leave the app for 10 seconds just to take a picture or google something, the App resets and deletes the entire draft. This has gotten so frustrating, that even though Grailed itself is great, I had to write this 1star review. Please fix this or at least save drafts somewhere so I dont have to start over 1 million times…
