Hrozná aplikace. Navrhoval ji nějaký mamlas. Neustále to hledá základnu, při každém načtení. Když se odpojím od wifi, tak jí to najde dokonce rychleji.

Set ponožky a kamery v aplikaci funguje skvele! V prvních měsících s miminkem naprosto nenahraditelne pro klid rodičů! Oproti monitoru dechu je dítě sledováno kdekoli-ideální na procházky s kočárkem,kdy dítě často spi a nemáte přehled o tom,zda je v pořádku.

The sock is ok when it works. But considering that it is just adjusted fitness watch with alerts and base it is quite pricey. The camera is very basic, many smart cameras paired with temperature sensor can provide much more and cost less. There is no camera rotation. The app is the worst. Notifications keep coming several minutes after the camera was unplugged. When speaking through camera the app just shuts down, when opening the app from notification the video never loads. Half the time i need to start the up several times for the video to load. Pausing the base does not pause the app and vice versa. Setup is buggy, no 5GHz wifi support. Unless you need the sock which has very few alternatives avoid this product.

The sock is very expensive, but it works very well. The only thing I would appreciate is the option to turn off the yellow alarm. Several times my wife and I have woken up hysterically, while the baby was sleeping peacefully, which is very annoying.

We love the Owlet smart sock, it really does make our life easier and it’s super cool to be able to check on the baby’s sleep from the next room. Thait being said, the app is just half-baked and sloppy. It doesn’t communicate over your local wi-fi, everything goes through the cloud, so when their service is down (which happens more than you’d expect), the app stops working. Inexplicably, all notification sounds are the same, so you never know if there’s an actual alarm, or just a loose sock. Plus, ofter you open a push notification, the app takes several seconds to actually find out and tell you what’s wrong. If you run into connectivity issues, good luck troubleshooting. It’s a shame that a genuinely good product has to suffer from poor software design and execution. Owlet needs to actually properly test and optimize the app.

For such an expensive piece of tech you’d imagine they could connect to 5Ghz networks, but they don’t. The set up often fails, customer service doesn’t really solve your problems, the app design is stupid with user signup decisions that make your life worse. The baby sensors for the sock is decent and the camera is alright. Other than that, it’s a pain.

The setup is annoying, especially on iOS, but hey, little patience and it can be done. But not supporting 5gb networks?! It’s 2021! Every hotel we go to has, we have a combined 2,4 & 5 router and does not work either. Please fix this! Thank you.

App not working, can’t logout to log w my husbands account so I can also monitor our son. Asking for help to the owlet support team for the past 3 weeks with ZERO RESULT! HORRIBLE SUPPORT not helpful at all. Have been waiting for the bug to be fixed for 3 weeks, new app version has been rolled out since not addressing this issue. Have bought an incredibly EXPENSIVE DEVICE NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT and RECEIVING ZERO SUPPORT from owlet.

The Owlet App wouldn’t let me set up my new baby sock monitor, it would always shut down. Hence the whole app won’t work as the device cannot be connected to it
