Bad app

My Italian dictionary freezes at many of the longer lemmas on the most recrnt iPhone. I wiil retract my purchase due to malfunction. If it works it’ s a good dictionary.

The only true British dictionary

Unlike Cambridge, Oxford hasn’t submitted to the -ise suffix being standardized for all words. Which is unfortunately now seen as the norm within British spelling while the -ize suffix is now often incorrectly labelled as Americanism.

Great app with one major flaw

This app is what I would want out of a dictionary app (happy to pay for membership), with one big flaw: no dark mode. Come on, guys. This should be a standard feature in 2023!

English dictionary

I really enjoy searching up for words. This dictionary is the best. I have to admit my English has improved compared to the rebellious, artistic and joyful 13 year old teenager Annie. My love for English literature is unconditional. Not only the English dictionary corrects me but a young boy from a small town in England inspires me much to read and write. Thus I am willing to commit for life.
