Such a worse app I had ever seen I never face any solution from customer support also one problem is solving another is creating there is not permanent solution here and about hotels not to say anything how cheat peoples are putting thier hotels in OYO app and making fraud to peoples. If possible then I will give negative ratings of this app
I stayed one night at Raj shah resort verinag 1. Both dustbins were full of rubbish 2. Bedsheet not clean 3. Some insects wondering 4. Toilet seat cleaned after request 5. No hanger for clothes
Very bad customer service not replying to mails putting call on hold for 20-20 mins and then cutting it . Not even refunded my money from last few days. Went to a booked hotel from oyo prepaid payment was made and hotel owner said they don’t accept oyo bookings. Booking ID (TYXC0882).
No responsible form Oyo helpline , no response from hotels O planet residency mount road asking us extra pay Oyo shows 900 they asking us 1800/- we complain in helpline they shift to another residency nearby to merina townhouse residency in the price of 750/- they said we can’t give room in this price so our tariff is 1600/- again I called to helpline talk with another person explained him clearly then he book me another residency Oyo townhouse in 1300/- I called to that hotel they asked me how much it’s shows I said , sorry sir rooms not available but for the helpline person it’s shows room , then he booked me another Oyo townhouse in Greams today in the tariff of 1700/- called that hotel also they asked me if u paid 1900/- u can come or we don’t give room then helpline person said Okie sir what should I do I will connect you to IVR make complain he cleverly transfer the call and he went IVR team did pick at night time the call will be needed .. we stand on road at last at the night time of 12:30 very very very worst app so no one choose Oyo for book room , select another app like MAKE MY TRIP that good customer care support if any problem in hotel they directly contact to hotel and sort it out …,
I had booked hotel room from oyo for 22 of june at Jaipur ,but when i was at hotel suddenly they shifted me to another hotel and that another hotel didn’t gave the room just like i had visited 5 hotel that day and none of them gave me the room its really exhausted for me because of the extreme heat weather and i had travelled from varanasi to jaipur and just reached that day i called oyo the having me on call for 2 hours and they just shifted the hotel room without inquiring that shifted hotel gave room or not ,i also spent 1000rupees to reach hotel to hotel which is given by oyo customer support,people were talking that oyo is worst hotel service company but i have never thought like this worst I decided that day i never booked hotel from oyo they are fraud ..#fraudOyo

I recently had an awful experience with OYO. The service was extremely bad, starting with the misleading prices shown in the app. When I called the hotel to confirm my booking, they refused to honor it and demanded more money, claiming the app price was incorrect. To make matters worse, OYO charged me twice for the same booking. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer care for a refund, I received no help. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and unresponsive, making the entire ordeal even more frustrating. I strongly advise against using OYO due to their deceptive pricing practices, poor customer service, and failure to resolve payment issues.
Incident reporting I was travelling via Hydrabad and at the night of 27th Jun booked a room at OYO Collection O Jaswithaa Mukkanti Homes. I had booked the room via the OYO online platform, on getting confirmation from the OYO online support team that room is available and he confirmed me to pay Rs 1806 for my stay till 27th night 10pm . On reaching hotel the hotel staff was totally reluctant in hosting us being troubled their sleep and also he instigated that they don’t serve OYO further he said he want 400 extra to give me room for the late night staying. I had no other way than to compromise with his demands . The OYO should be penalised as well this hotel need to be banned from service as due to the behaviour . This should not be the hospitality way. We all are humans and there is no consideration even as a human being after we the costumer makes payment. My experience with oyo was beyond disappointing. I booked a hotel through their app, confirmed both via the app and a direct call from the hotel reception, and even paid in advance. However, on the day of check-in, I was informed that my booking was canceled due to a sudden price increase, leaving me stranded without a room for the night.
