I made a reservation in Dubai today, and at the time of booking, the amount after the discount was AED 4952 + AED 248 for taxes & fees. I paid an amount of AED 1820, but I was surprised that the total amount was AED 5200, not the amount shown at the time of payment. I contacted the hotel, but they requested an additional security deposit of AED 1000. I canceled the reservation after half an hour, and the amount has not been refunded to me. Note: (Please refund the full amount) and not a part of it. I will take action with the bank to cancel the transaction as it is fraudulent. I called the call center but they are not professional and there English is Very bad.
Hotels are not accepting the price which is listed in the app. Even we prepaid through app, they’re just simply neglecting and asking even 60 or 70 % more.
I booked a hotel in Bangalore for 4 days and once I reach to the hotel I didn’t like it cause it was unsafe and environment was so toxic . I needed to either change or get refund but they didn’t helped me at all . When I talked to the receptionist they said I need to contact the oyo as I had booked it online once I contact the customer service they said I will transfer your call to my seniors and they put my calls either on hold or in mute for an hours . So unprofessional. So much disappointed I recommend not to book from this app . POV : never going to use this app again ever in my life . And I didn’t get my refund yet . Doesn’t even deserve 1 star
I ll book a room and done the payment. But there os no room they shife the stay into next hotel there are also same situation . I lost my money . I want my money back . Oyo coustomer care service os very bad. They ar kidding with tje costumers.😡
This is the most fraud app every no service no customer support . Don’t book through the OYO
Fraud parties collect money and show they have booked hotel room for us; once we reach the hotel they will tell the hotel don't even have contract with OYO. These people are cheating customers and they make money. This is big story short. I have suffered a lot because of this problem and I have seen 2 other people with same issue from Gangtok who book their room through OYO.
Bug can’t do anything without signup
I’m Bilal Muhazzin i have face a bad experience from oyo, On October 16th 2022 I have booked a room in Mangalore A.k International rooms on OYO Booking ID:RRS94546, amount of rupees ₹838 and I have paid the amount from online itself and when I reached there they told me to pay extra amount of rupees ₹500 and the total amount which I have paid is ₹1338. From there I contact to oyo customer service. They told me that the amount which I have already been paid will refund within 14 days. Today January 2nd now it has been morethan 2 and half month Finished But shame thing is still I haven’t received any refund amount from them. Worst customer service now 80 days finished they repeating the same thing every time. For this ₹500 last two and half month I’m contacting your customer service still I didn’t get any proper response from your side and you people fooled me by telling you will refund the amount within 14 days that too 3 times, I have even tried calling oyo customer service and got no response from them, they just told me to hold on to connect to seniors, after sometimes they disconnected the call, The shame thing is even your Mr. Harijinder Singh and Mr. Chandan Kumar (guest service managers) also contact me but no use they also repeating the same thing every time they also told me the amount which i paid will be refunded within 14 day and it has been morethan 2 and half months now, still I didn’t get any refund. Don't have to fool me if there is no refund option. If there is an option for the refund amount then hope I will receive them as soon as possible. Shame on you guys Every time your fooling me by telling you will refund the amount. Instead of refunding your fooling your customers again and again. Shame on your customer service and managers. I have no idea why don't you tell us the reason behind this. I need my refund amount today, If I don't receive refund amount today. I’m going to complaint this issue officially with consumer court, it’s not about the ₹500 it’s all about your customer service and cheating customers. I have all emails and phone records that your contacted previously And I got a bad customer service from OYO customer service and I want a reason for this issue as soon as possible. Dear Users, I booked a hotel stay via online mode for two days when I arrived at the property they said I have no bookings on my name . Later I called customer service they said due to technical issue it was checked out and refund will be processed in 14 working days . Later I paid again at the hotel for stay for two days but my amount is still not refunded and when I checked now it shows amount can’t be refunded due to OYOs internal policy . This app is a fraud app I would highly recommend users to use some other platform for bookings . My booking iD was RB131997 Really unhappy with the unprofessional service of OYO India !
