I love PacSun and the products it’s just I have to login every single time I open the app and a lot of times every time I put in my email and my password it doesn’t work and it’s like that constantly glitches. even when I click keep me signed in, I am constantly logged out. It’s very annoying as well and I didn’t get one of my products and it’s saying that I have to wait two weeks to be able to get a refund. Are you serious?

me and my family just recently moved, and when i used apple pay to place an order online, it gave them the wrong address. seconds after i had placed the order i realized my mistake, and attempted to cancel my order, but it wouldn’t let me. i called, but was told that all the workers were busy, and to chat with someone online. i explained what had happened, and was told that pacsun does not allow me to cancel orders, change orders, or make any modifications at all. i would’ve understood that if the package had already been sent out, but the fact that i wasn’t able to change it literal minutes after i had placed the order is really frustrating.

The app overall is fine. It’s just another online shopping app. However, even though I have an account with them, they do not show orders. Both myself and my girlfriend have placed orders all summer but they do not show on the app or even in the web application. Order tracking is very mediocre and sad. Makes returns extremely difficult to complete

I wanted to download the app to look for clothes and just when clicking sign in i got blocked for some reason i dont know what i did wrong😑

Added a bunch of items into cart while shopping. Once I clicked “check out,” the whole cart emptied and lost about 27 items. Will not be buying anything because of the crappy app

The jacket was supposed to be at my house today but it didnt come and it is still at the warehouse. Do NOT believe the 7 day or less delivery because they are lying to you!!! I will NOT be shopping here again.
