Решил почитать отзывы о приложении, и так сказать, нахожусь в недоумении. Много отрицательных отзывов из-за того, что заказы отменяли по несколько раз из-за того, что из делали из России. Люди, включите мозг! UO никогда не доставляли и не доставляют в Россию. Потрудитесь для начала почитать условия оплаты, доставки и т.д., а только потом строчите бестолковые отзывы и пишите в поддержку. Нет слов, одни эмоции 🤦🏻

I pay 521 euro for my order, but now is the third day that I don’t have any information about my order and money. It was the mistake of app and I don’t know what should I do. It looks like I didn’t pay and don’t have any order.

never been so disappointed !!! NEVER! my order was canceled about 8 times, I tried 2 cards and 2 addresses and NOTHING. I'm tired of writing about it to your email because you are asking to call. Tried to order clothes more than 20 times, all the items were being constantly cancelled. I contacted the customer service team 5 times in messenger, they told that my problem had been sent to their Head Office. It’s been more than two weeks now: still no answer. Now most of the items i’ve ordered are out of stock.

Constantly ordering clothes from this store, quality is excellent.

Пыталась неоднократно оплатить заказ, думала проблема в карте, но нет. Перепробовала несколько карт, даже PayPal, но заказ все равно отменён. Исправьте это.
