always error , hard to do the pairing and cannot connect to apps

After the last update, Comfort cloud kept spontaneously unlinking or being disabled with both google assistant and Alexa! There is a bug which requires another fast update!

Have been using this app now for a week and I have had frequent error messages saying cannot connect to server. Am unable to operate the AC during this period unless I use the physical remote. Hope Panasonic can quickly address this issue. Another issue is the statistics page. Very frequent error messages when viewing usage patterns.

Please check your password policy during change password page, even I’m typing accordingly to the password policy but still not fulfilled your password policy.

server consistency is a joke it keep repeating check your lan or network setting every few days where the engineer in malaysia admitting consistent issue to their own cloud server , imagine the Aircond was left on for weeks and not being able to switch off until you personally doing reset in front of aircon, Panasonic should have perform much better than this 🤣

I cannot believe Panasonic supplied this application it’s pretty useless for most modern networking systems that run 2.5g and 5g as it will not work after setting up on 2.5g and then enabling the dual 2.5g and 5g function on your router . So if you want to use you need to downgrade the whole network in order to use . So basically a pretty disgraceful useless application. I wish I had bought DAIKIN !

I’ve been enjoying this app when I got my new Panasonic AC, but I wish I could use Siri to turn my AC on or off. I don’t like going into the app just to control my AC.
