Panasonic Comfort Cloud

Please help me figure out how I connect my air conditioning unit. I have followed all steps in app and clicked on wifi option and then selected 2 and then set. I have pressed WPS on mesh router in room and it still refuses to join Panasonic device. I am supplied with error code E02-0088-8606. Can you respond to my request as a priority as this unit was immensely expensive and I can’t get it to utilise the Comfort Cloud App. Air conditioning unit quality is exceptional and it is just this Comfort Cloud App issue causing me major issues. Skill worked for a short while, hasn’t worked for over a year, numerous reviews on Alexa app show everyone has this issue and no one seems bothered to fix the skill. App makes using easy, could be better with the inclusion of a setting to put on for a certain amount of time, say 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour etc.

Nice new update, means I can now see approximate electricity cost by day/month - for each AC unit, or the whole installation. Nice work 👍 It just works 🙂 Can control Panasonic Etherea Air Conditioners remotely. Turn them on before coming home, or make sure they’ve been switched off if I forget to do so when I leave.

I love that the app allows me to control the aircon without having to leave my sofa. The response times are quite slow, but it does the job. Please can Panasonic address the weekly timer function. It is not possible to set the fan speed. It seems when the timer turns the aircon on it will use whatever fan speed was last set manually. It would be great to have some of the advanced features and settings that are available in the Panasonic H&C app available in the comfort cloud app too.

Pretty unreliable. Shame it forces you to use a cloud service. I would much rather have local control only through direct API access to the devices. The app is poorly designed and slow to respond. Frequently errors out. Good that there is an app, but the implementation is poorly executed.

The consumption and usage graphics are too tiny to be of any use. Why can’t we see or download actual data? Is there nobody at Panasonic who can read and write English - the translations are a joke for such a huge company. Why do I have to keep logging in? Why is there no NanoeX control for my floor mounted unit? If I do anything with the remote it will override all the app settings.

Can‘t add Google Authenticator as 2FA. The in-app browser reloads and displays an error after switching apps to copy the code.

How about a dark screen and pull-down refresh?

Every time I use this app it now asks me to login and it says it will share my date with others. If I don’t allow it to share my data it will not let me login! Why can’t you just leave it as it was!!!!
