La contrate por el año, era buena, pero ahora no se puede bloquear ni restringir nada… pésima actualización, es más estoy pensando en buscar otra app para esto

Me cobró aun cuando sólo solicité la suscripción gratuita
Estimados, recibí una notificación de cobro por esta app aun cuando cancelé la suscripción hace días. Mi intención era revisar solo la versión gratuita y por ese motivo eliminé la App y cancelé la suscripción, pero me cobró igual. Necesito la devolución de mi dinero, por favor, pues no usaré esta app.
No recibi mi premium
Hice la compra de famisafe premium de 1 mes y han pasado horas y aun no puedo ocupar las opciones premium, me dice que mi suscripción expiró y en cargo esta hecho en mi cuenta bancaria y no es problema de cuenta
Instale por equivocación
Hola buenas tardes instalé esta app por equivocación y se me olvidó desinstalarla, resulta que al parecer tenía unos días de pruebas y pasaron y luego me descontaron un año entero de mi tdc entonces quisiera saber cómo es el proceso pra el reembolso del dinero ya que no la utilizo y no l necesito

The app stopped working only a few days after purchasing my subscription. I tried to reach out and requested a refund but they kept telling me the same thing and never actually helped me with the issue and it’s been weeks and I never received one.
Works good
So far we have enjoyed the app. It blocks apps like YouTube and google.

This app so bad
This app is so bad I can't even remove it from mdm(mobile device management) I'm still lookin for a way to do it. It completely locked me out of most of my apps and it also delete all your data. Please if you know how to disable it, pls tell me
Beware before purchasing and using
The customer service was responsive but never provided help. When I tried to cancel and get a refund due to the app not being what I expected all I did was get run in circles. Every time I fulfilled their request for information they sent another one. They make it extremely difficult to cancel and again were not helpful when reaching out to customer service. The app seems overly intrusive in needing access to programs and features on computer and phones. Be very sure you want the product before signing up.
