Parental Control App- FamiSafe

**Review voor FamiSafe** 7 juli 2024 Ik heb geprobeerd de FamiSafe app te gebruiken, maar mijn ervaring was ronduit teleurstellend. Bij het registreren kreeg ik de verificatiecode voor mijn e-mail niet binnen. Zonder deze code kan ik de app niet verder gebruiken, waardoor de functies van de app volledig onbruikbaar zijn. Daarnaast werd ik verder teleurgesteld toen ik ontdekte dat de locatie-functie, die in hun video's wordt gepromoot, nergens in de app te vinden is. Bij het downloaden van de app zie je wel de locatie-functie staan, maar deze is pas bruikbaar nadat je een apparaat hebt toegevoegd. Echter, na het toevoegen van een apparaat verdwijnt deze functie volledig en is nergens meer te vinden. De verwarring werd nog groter door de video's op YouTube, die zo door elkaar staan dat het niet duidelijk is welke je moet gebruiken om de app te leren gebruiken. De uitleg in deze video's is bovendien erg verwarrend en helpt totaal niet om de problemen op te lossen. Het is bijzonder frustrerend dat er een app wordt aangeboden die niet werkt zoals geadverteerd. Het ergste is dat er geld wordt gevraagd om te upgraden naar een betaald abonnement, terwijl zelfs de basisfunctionaliteit al niet werkt. Dit voelt als misleiding van klanten en is volkomen onacceptabel. Op deze manier is de app totaal onbruikbaar en absoluut niet aan te raden. Schandalig!

Subscribed for the monthly plan and it still keeps asking me to subscribe and pay telling me I’m on a 3 day trial.

Don’t buy this app. Does not work in iOS. Screentime does not block kids device, geofencing warnings are not sent. I tried to provide feedback in app; also error message!

at first when my parents got the app it worked but then after a week it started glitching out. then all of a sudden it’s like it had a mind of its own. every time they would unblock the apps they would just glitch and wouldn’t turn on. overall i do not recommend this app.

Logs out frequently, constantly glitching showing me a different person's information which means it could be showing anyone and everyone's information causing a huge security risk. Says "Jeremy's iphone", I don't have anyone named Jeremy on my account and I'm the only one with a iphone, those being monitored are on Android. Stops working for web history and screen shots. Constantly saying the app on my kids phone was tampered with when it wasn't. Canceling my subscription I've had for well over a year and getting something else. Also forget costumer service, no one's available and impossible to get help. Chinese company harvesting data.

Downloaded this and the kids version and have had nothing but issues. Once you have the kids version downloaded to their phone or tablet, thats the end of it working! The VPN gave us errors. The install had errors. Now we cannot remove the app from my child’s device. Support gives us the same standard “this is how to remove it” but it doesn’t work!! So frustrating!

I downloaded this app because I need proof to my findings. I was looking for a safest route to securely access my husband’s phone without him knowing about it after I suspected him cheating on me and then having to keep late nights as well. I then saw and read a positive review about a professional investigator and how incredible his services were and thereby extracting b informations and access to one’s desire, wow! That was all I needed so I took it up and contacted the investigator on his mail with “Smartspy001@ gmail. com” and in few hours after requesting some informations from me, I had total and full access to my partner’s device to seeing his texts and messages, his calls, access to his WhatsApp,hangouts and Facebook messenger to his location gps as well without his knowledge and I was disappointed finding out the truth as it hurts me. Nevertheless, I’m still grateful to the investigator for the results and proof he gave me still. I hate this app. After I downloaded it and tried to remove it from my child’s phone, it wiped EVERYTHING OUT. EVERY SINGLE THING IS WIPED OUT. ALL OF HIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION, FILES, PHOTOS, REMINDERS ALL GOT WIPED OUT AND NOW LIFE IS A MESS WITHOUT ALL THESE ESSENTIAL THINGS HE USUALLY NEEDS FOR SCHOOL, COLLEGE, AND EVERYDAY LIFE.
