at first when my parents got the app it worked but then after a week it started glitching out. then all of a sudden it’s like it had a mind of its own. every time they would unblock the apps they would just glitch and wouldn’t turn on. overall i do not recommend this app.

Logs out frequently, constantly glitching showing me a different person's information which means it could be showing anyone and everyone's information causing a huge security risk. Says "Jeremy's iphone", I don't have anyone named Jeremy on my account and I'm the only one with a iphone, those being monitored are on Android. Stops working for web history and screen shots. Constantly saying the app on my kids phone was tampered with when it wasn't. Canceling my subscription I've had for well over a year and getting something else. Also forget costumer service, no one's available and impossible to get help. Chinese company harvesting data.

Downloaded this and the kids version and have had nothing but issues. Once you have the kids version downloaded to their phone or tablet, thats the end of it working! The VPN gave us errors. The install had errors. Now we cannot remove the app from my child’s device. Support gives us the same standard “this is how to remove it” but it doesn’t work!! So frustrating!

I downloaded this app because I need proof to my findings. I was looking for a safest route to securely access my husband’s phone without him knowing about it after I suspected him cheating on me and then having to keep late nights as well. Nevertheless, I’m still grateful to the investigator for the results and proof he gave me still. I hate this app. After I downloaded it and tried to remove it from my child’s phone, it wiped EVERYTHING OUT. EVERY SINGLE THING IS WIPED OUT. ALL OF HIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION, FILES, PHOTOS, REMINDERS ALL GOT WIPED OUT AND NOW LIFE IS A MESS WITHOUT ALL THESE ESSENTIAL THINGS HE USUALLY NEEDS FOR SCHOOL, COLLEGE, AND EVERYDAY LIFE.

This app hides content the child is viewed about sexually. Instead of showing it to the parent so they can help their child

This app destroyed my phone deleting all of the apps just as I was going on a trip & needed GPS. Their customer support was non-existent. Sat on hold for over 45 minutes before heading to the Apple Store where they had to reset my phone. They had me send them a bunch of information and nothing came of it. Be VERY wary before touching this trash. Perhaps it works for most but if it doesn’t, they will NOT help you.

St recently, have learnt that you cannot control a person’s faithfulness. I was married to my ex-partner for four years with a daughter and i had no idea she was cheating on me with another man in Ohio. The immense love I had for her overshadowed signs that she was being unfaithful. It all started when I observed certain changes in behavior and the way she held her phone so closely. I had to share this with a co worker during my shift at work. He went on to refer mr. Dustin, a ‘top of the line’ private investigator/ cyber security expert. My parents have installed a lot of different “device limiting” apps and this is just another one of them. It worked fine initially, but then it started acting up. First, the WiFi was very very spotty. I checked the settings app and found that there were SIX different VPN’s active on my phone. Then, it started to glitch and refuse to give me app time even though my parents unrestricted them. It overall just stopped listening to their inputs and locked all my apps. Now, I am logged out of the app and can’t access and apps. Everything is restricted and, get this right, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to uninstall. It’s like a virus. It says that it’s unable to uninstall because it is required BY itself. So now my phone isn’t mine anymore because all it allows to be used are basic communications apps. Overall, it worked fine initially, but then turned into a stalking, restrictive virus. EDIT POST RESPONSE: I open the kids app and it just says “loading” forever and I therefore can’t access anything in the app, including setting or feedback.
