Incredibly convenient and amazing customer service!

I shouldn’t be default responsible for paying for or managing visitors’ parking. I’m already paying this service, and now I don’t even have the option to offload parking costs to my visitors. So now I have to either be a poor host and have an uncomfy, tacky convo with my guests to reimburse me or that I’m withholding parking bc I don’t want to pay. Or i have to eat the cost, monitor their parking, & ensure it doesn’t expire or any potential boot is my fault. I shouldn’t *have* to be accountable for any parking mishaps or costs of others. Imagine having multiple people over—I might as well be a part time parking attendant. Remove me from the active part of the conversation. I can share with my guests that parking is available at whatever cost/time and they can make their own decisions from there. Parkade should just follow suit with every other paid parking service: guests could pay via text or qr code and receive alerts that they can be accountable for. Obviously guests don’t want to download a whole app as a prerequisite to a casual get together. I should also be able to decide whether or not I want a guest to use my free hours or if I want them to pay for parking. Currently it defaults to using up my free hours first but there are times I might not want a guest to access my parking for free. You should also display how many free hours we have left so that we can keep track.

I’ve reached out a few times for help on some parking reservations and they’ve always answered extremely quickly. Anna helped me recently and gave me all the info I needed and walked me through the steps to take care of a new reservation.

Shouldn’t take 45 mins to get a gate to get inside my home after a 10 hour shift. Says I have poor internet connection but literally can do everything else on my phone, phone calls, stream music, YouTube, download the app again… nothing worked. Restarted my phone last time this happened and it work but not this time and it’s just irritating after only using this service for 10 days. Even if I had poor service the app/server should recognize my device and send some kind of bypass signal to open the gate, it’s 2025 come on now.

Nobody to negotiate outrageous parking fees. No phone number for help. App not reliable = trapped in or locked out. Will avoid living in a building with a Parkade garage.

I don’t want to download your app, I don’t want to enter my information, this is harder, and very convoluted. Someone parked in my spot as well! Next time I’ll find free street parking.

This app lets me use the gate feature right from my phone and I don’t have to use a physical fob anymore! The customer support team was also v quick to reply when I needed help with my parking as well. Highly recommend

Solved many apartments’ parking issues and optimize the space of communities

The app is good, but it needs to add support for widgets and Siri integration. I shouldn’t have to fumble with an app while I’m driving to enter my parking garage. Adding a widget to open the gate and/or the ability to ask Siri to open the gate would be a huge improvement.

I used Parkade at my building for about a year. It’s always been quick and easy to use with no issues. The support team is very responsive and has answered any questions I’ve had swiftly. They make ending your reservation, renting it out, or adjusting anything very simple. I also love the feature of being able to lease your spot, or rent out someone else’s for short periods of time. Overall 5/5 experience.
