i recently tryed to increase the limit and did data input but now it and the balance money from my bank account is detucted but now i cant even login to the app it dosent login me in to the number that i used to send the money very very angry

I will begin this review by telling you to avoid this scam by all means. You will feel like fighting with no weapon against a company which will behave with your money as they want. After a few deposits and transactions they blocked my account with restrictions on my money without an advertisment or a heads up. Literally they didn't say anything. I found out I was blocked just after I contacted them on chat. They pretended that the restrictions is a formality an I need to send them the source of funds, some selfies with myself, ID and card. After one week of keeping my money captive they lifted the restrictions after I pressed them enough on chat. (My mother is still blocked for almost 2 weeks). The worst thing they've done to me is canceling a payment 2 days after I made it, and then re-did by themselves, as a new and different transaction on another currency exchange. I don't know about it, nor did I approve it. They did the payment from my account stealing me 400 GBP. The only explanation they gave me on chat is that the currency rate changes after 2 days so they had to cancel my first transaction and make a new one. This is one of the biggest illegalities a bank can make: payments in your name without your consent. I already noticed the police and customer right institution. I transferred £600 to their app and my money disappeared! scammers stole my money!

Is the worst application. They blocked my account for no reason(after first transfer) and when I asked them the reason they simply did not answer. It's been a week since I tried to unlock my account and I get the same email every time.

I have loaded 200€ with my apple pay card, my account is verified for over 1 year, I sent them again the documents and my money are still blocked! Do not use this scamming service!

So, had the old app for about a year or so. Try to log in this morning and it tells me I have to download this new app. And so I did. Surprise, surprise, the new app has no “Accounts” section. There’s no way you can see your balance, just your card details. That’s it. No top up option either. You can only pay or request a payment from someone. Wrote on chat but didn’t get any response that actually answers my simple questions. So hopefully someone working there actually knows how this new app works and is able to answer. Cause I would really like to transfer my balance and cancel this card and app.
