Paysend: Money Transfer App

I want to transfer money to my mother in Thailand. But why can't I transfer money now and you deleted Thailand from the system?......l work in Russia, but I can not send money back to Thailand.

It's a pity that upgrading limits for remittance limits is difficult to do. It would have been better if I could send multiple and unlimited amounts of money.

where is my money? On 17 August 2020 I sent money now 22 August 2020. ??????

The worst application for sending money chat with support for setting up is very very bad, unfortunately I can't recommend it to you, headache no more

If something goes wrong there’s no one to talk to or to help you. There’s only bot chat that just sends you to help articles. You will have to live with forever pending transaction on your account.

Out of nowhere the transaction that has been going through no longer was working and I had to contact customer service. I was advised to take some actions like update app, start new transaction but nothing worked and try next day and contact in case issue will remain the same. I’ve been contacting them for three days but no response like I’m being ignored. Quitting this app, I’ve been using app in daily basis for many transactions but no appropriate customer service.

These geniuses have decided to collect all your data, including photos of your driver’s license and all your bank cards and passport. They also want a photo of your face and apparently even your mistress's contact information 🤣. This app is a complete joke. They ask for all of this via email. Is that even legal?I haven't signed any consent for the use of my personal data. I would strongly recommend that Apple thoroughly review this app from a legal standpoint. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
