We are both sick with flu and neither are up to grocery shopping! Thank God you deliver! Not sure what we would do otherwise!

The app gets sluggish and then crashes after 5mins. Horrible

Mine will not load I’ve downloaded it re-downloaded it logged out, logged in and it won’t load anything that’s in my cart or any groceries for me I tried it on various wifi and on my data. I’m so upset. :/

Honestly this app sucks. First started with my payment method not working. Then went on to my card subtotal wouldn’t load. I deleted and reinstalled the app, now the home page won’t load. I have wifi. This sucks.

The cart is not loading and I can not checkout. What is going on?!

It has to be fair if I bought today why you change the prices to those of next day. Thanks

App doesn’t even load anything and it’s been over a week like this. Customer service is useless and takes days to answer and then just stops answering.

2024-11-14: App has always had problem of not allowing items to be added to lists. Each update creates new problems without fixing old ones. So many users are also complaining. Now to get my order I have to use a combination of my phone app, my iPad app and the website. Each method has its own stumbling blocks. So frustrating! 2025-01-12: Not fixed yet! Still can’t search using the App. 2025-05-14: So many updates! Still not working. FAIL!

I cannot get my local RCSS to load so I can order groceries. I contacted customer service and they’ve been zero use. I’ve tried everything and no success. So frustrating because I used to use pickup services at least 2x a month.

I like the ease of use. It is easy to find and add items, especially from the flyer. The problem is that you can save lists but the app doesn’t allow me to add them to my cart; it would be so time saving if this issues was resolved. However, trying to solve the problem is a huge headache. Still have not been able to solve it. It is still better than going in store but takes me way more time to order groceries than it should.
