The app gets the job done, but it’s so annoying to use… ex. I search Eggs and get suggestions for Yogurt; it signs me out every other week; keeps defaulting to pickup when I shop delivery… these seem like easy fixes no?

Getting groceries delivered is like a dream come true. Unfortunately, the app does not allow me to do this. It won’t allow me to choose a delivery time or it won’t process my payment. There has been something wrong everytime I’ve tried to use it in the past several months.

This app is very slow and routinely erases things from the cart without you knowing. I pick up my order at the store just to realize that multiple items are missing because the app just randomly deleted them

Tends to get slow and glitchy sometimes when trying to fill your cart, also doesn’t always go to the item you choose on their flyer/weekly deals. Other than that I love being able to order online & check in online for pick up orders.

App is too complicated to navigate, always slow and glitches all the time customer tech support takes long to respond.

Good shopping experience

When will u fix this constant glitch where one have to relogin every f’**** hour or so. Extremely annoying. Also glitches while browser categories. Some categories are completely empty. Not all products present in store are availability through the app(

You’d think with the astronomical groccery prices and lack of staff at stores they’d use all that net profits to make an app that works instead of in Galen’s pocket

Easy to find item, easy to search by promos.

Will not stay signed in, and is stuck “loading” the location when you change stores so unable to place any orders
