Perifit can be used in privacy of your own home. Tracks your progress so you know/reassured things are improving. The games associated with training keep your attention and make it entertaining. Wasn’t too expensive either Good purchase. Also will be starting pelvic floor PT. Too young to have my pelvic floor feeling weak, leaking urine, and feel like I have to urinate all the time!

I was suffering from leaking for about 6 years. For example every time I sneeze, cough or do jumping jacks I was loosing urine. So, after doing some research I decided to tried Perifit and it was the best decision ever. I start noticing improvement after 3 weeks. I trained 3 times a week for about 8 mins. I have so many positives things to say right now about Perifit. I am so happy now and can even dance and laugh without worry of loosing urine.
