I was sceptical about buying this but glad I did. This tells me if I am doing the exercise correct. The games are good and challenging but enjoyable. Practice will hopefully get me higher score so it is down to me to work on it. The Perifit was easy to set up and comfortable. I do recommend the Perifit for pelvic floor health

Exercises are cool and really helpful!

I was awaiting surgery for a frontal and rectal prolapse. During this time I began using this. My gynaecologist has now taken me off the waiting list as my prolapses are now mild and manageable. I can’t recommend this enough. I use this regularly 3 times a week. I love that you can visually see what your doing and can see your progress. Brilliant

Really great way to exercise pelvic floor

A fun way to do those all important pelvic floor exercises and to actually be able to see progress too !

I bought it as I have bladder issues. I was sceptical but it does work. It makes the exercises fun and interesting. I enjoy it. A great investment. Highly recommended
