When cancelling a meal about one hour and less in advance, the app won’t allow it. The app shows instead an unreal error message, which is “the device is offline”, which is not true. I’ve send this bug to your support at least three times during a year and even if the app has been updated several times the bug is still there.

The device itself doesn't weigh the good accurately, and the server, which both this app and the device has to link up on, seems to be very unstable. It loses connection most of the time.

Why does this feeder give food again? It's scheduled at 12, but give my cat food again at 12:01. It was not the first time. The weirdest thing is the record has only one at 12 so I can't check when I'm not at home.

I am completely impressed with the automatic feeder. It is easy to schedule easy to clean in the bonus of getting alerts when my cat approaches the feeder is amazing!

Perfect pet friends and online access and automatic feeder but no water place together ..

These machines are worthless.
