Petkit Puramax
Generally, our Puramax has been a huge help to us in removing the daily manual task of cleaning a litter box. With Pura, we just do a once a week maintenance of general cleaning the unit and litter disposal. It allows us to “clean” the toilet while away and very helpful in monitoring the toilet habits of our cats with the the app. On the other hand, the unit that was sent to us was defective. The digital small screen is dead, we cannot see anything at all. Also, in the cleaning process, the end part takes a rough turn with the machine noisily churning because of some unseen obstruction on the downward part of the turn. All these were reported through the “help desk” app but no solution has been offered. I did not bother returning the unit anymore because it’ll take a huge effort since we’re located in the Philippines and there seems to be no service center here. All in all, defects aside, the unit has been so helpful to us. It was a weight off our backs and I’m just glad that we were able to invest in one. Thank you
