Shows many ads about other products in the home page. I get you want to sell us other stuff, but a least put those in another tab or something, don’t clutter the home page that only need the item I own/use. App itself is functional but some settings are hidden in tab instead of the gear icon on the top right is counterintuitive.

I love the automatic cat feeder. So easy when I travel. It also conditions them to come home for lunch!

I’d give this app a negative 10 if possible. I’ve used the Pet Kit watering fountain for years and loved the product. Their new system Eversweet 3 Pro has some really good improvements. The WiFi power and ease to clean and refresh the system is so much better- absolutely love it. However their app is one of the most evasive product apps I’ve ever had to download in order to use their product. I don’t want to have to download personal profile just to use their product. I don’t want to be bombarded by adds for their other products every time I go to use/check on the watering system. I’m tired of so many products only being able to be run through their Apps -STOP IT!!! There’s many folks still living in rural areas of America that have spotty WiFi coverage and needing to connect to the internet is a pain in the *SS. Let me turn on the product with a switch, give me a product manual written on paper! If your IT professionals feel left out, or need to do something add the WiFi / Bluetooth connections as an added bonus Not a Requirement. I don’t want to provide personal information to anyone especially a corporation. Let me register my product on paper through the mail! I highly recommend the watering PETKIT watering system - but not their invasive App! I’ll find a different product next time.

I like the app for being able to control my device. I hate that I cannot get rid of the ads for the other products. I just want to see what I purchased.

This system works well for our purposes. We have a “weekend” place in northeast Missouri and we were given three kittens to be barn cats. The feeder has helped ensure them a supply of dry food through the weekdays we can’t be here, and the camera provided nice pictures of them as they come to eat. You can almost see them growing!

So far the best we’ve had. Filters aren’t to costly and plenty of options to bulk (6) buy at competitive prices. Water is kept clean from fur, and bits of food. It appears the pets drink more and of the 3 water sources we have out. It is preferred. Easiest to clean and after months. No water crust build-up in bowl or parts typical of plastic and ceramic fountains. Also, the pump is a breeze to clean since the water is filtered before returning. The downside is water level observation. There is no way to gauge water level without removing top to look, and to fill. A water gauge / sensor or clear window would be great. As it’s difficult not to spill water when checking and adding. Keep on tile or water capture tray if placed on wood or carpet surface. Minor issue you get use to once a cadence of how often to check to refill. Average is every 2 days in summer and winter.

Ever since I updated/redownloaded it once, the app stopped working. All my data is gone and it doesn’t allow me to even start from scratch: each time I want to “create a family”, it says “Network error”. NOT RECOMMENDED

Can’t create a family because I keep getting a network error. Can’t even use the app or my new water bowl because of this. No buttons on the water bowl make it impossible to change settings without connecting through the app. Will update if the app gets fixed.
