Please test your app before you release it to the public. This app needs another update. Trying to register an account is impossible. The developing engineers need to rewrite the software, test it several times on an android device and a on an iOS device before you release the update to the public. This isn’t good for your business. It’s turning people off and not wanting to fly on your airline. Please fix all problems asap.

I hate this app. I downloaded on both my phone and iPad in advance of an upcoming trip. I spent an hour trying to register as a user only to have the app fail for an unspecified reason each time. The app is not intuitive or easy to use. In my case, I couldn’t even register as a user. I will fly this flight and not bother with mileage because I can’t believe an airline with an app this useless is going to be any fun to fly. Wish me luck. I’m going to need it.

I have the most recent version of this app on my iPhone 13 Pro (also has the latest iOS). However searching for flights to book always returns with error message like “something went wrong….”. Once error message window is closed, then some sort of Recovery window show up. I have tried to book trips many times during the past week, the app just didn’t work. This is a classic example of losing business because attention to details is lacking

It’s Philippine made, of course it’s unreliable.

Useless app. Tried multiple times to login on the app so that I can easily check in for my flight and get information. But it keeps saying “ unable to process at this time. Please try again later “

I’ve flown a few times for travel and booked on the website and app. They want you to add any suffix to your name in the same block as your first and middle name instead of having a separate drop down menu. I have flown twice with them with no issues other than extreme difficulty getting the app or the website to work. Today I checked in and was told the no suffix was an issue (kind of funny since it wasn’t an issue on the flight yesterday). I had to leave the terminal and go to ticketing and pay 1000 pesos to have the suffix added to my name on my ticket. They are too cheap to update their app or their website and have no problem charging the costumer to add to letters to the end of his name at check in.

This might be the worst app I have ever seen. Getting started, it won’t even get past the password creation stage. It just throws an blank error box up. Don’t waste your time…

i already have an account with the airline but wont let me login saying incorrect security question/member id. i tried registering again and says please set approved password with any combination of good password. flight status and all works but a lot of discrepancies with their website when it comes to accounts

How can an app be so terribly designed? From creating an account to figuring out the parameters for a valid password, this whole app is a mess. Not to mention the fact that loading a future trip doesn’t even work sometimes. I do not recommend using this app ever as it might just be the worst app of all time. If you are flying on Philippine Airlines, GOOD LUCK!! 😂😂

I don’t like this airline because: - no online check in - long line for check in, wastes so much time and so inefficient - weighs every single bag u have - forces u to check in any overweight bag
