For someone new to Klook, I am happy with the ease of use of the app and the products available. It truly saved me from last minute bookings in Tokyo. We had our flight rebooked and had to make adjustments with our plans/itineraries. Klook saved us on booking our other adventures. Looking forward to some Klook bookings to Korea as well.

I was VERY skeptical when i 1st heard about this app. But once i started to use Klook i refused to use anything else. The prices are hard to beat. The convenience it gave us was priceless. You can get access to the hardest to find events and entry’s. We had zero issues with any tickets bought here. They breakdown the instructions on how to go where to go and when to be there.

Exclusively used this app to book and pre-plan our trip to Japan! It was so easy to use. Skip the lines with this and go right in for most activities! So easy to use!

I ordered a train ticket in Japan for tokyo station to osaka. I got a ticket from shinagawa to osaka, I noticed the error and contacted them immediately yet the assistant said “unless you have proof like a video recording, then you wont get a refund” who records buying a virtual ticket!?

Klook offer great value!

Customer service is terrible. I accidentally bought a ticket for the wrong date and sent 3 messages with no reply. When they finally responded, I was told “nothing can be done.” The app is good, and prices are ok, but if something goes wrong, you’ll regret buying through them.

I had never heard of Klook but decided to try it to book drivers to and from the airport during our trip to the Philippines. They are great! Our drivers were always timely and wonderful. We were even picked up at 3am the one night and a 3 hour drive from the airport. Definitely will use them on future trips!

It’s a very nice app - love it - best part is the Apple Pay.

Some ticket work and other did not. eSIM did not work and I did not get money back. Some event I did not make but I paid for get your money back if you miss it. I never got my money back. Do not get the train tickets here either it’s easier in person if you are going to Japan.
