I planned to use this app so I didn’t have to hover over my kids during brushing. It won’t even record brush duration time unless the app is open and near the toothbrushes while they are being used. If I have to be next to them for the app to work, then I don’t need the app to track what they are doing.

This app help me with the toothbrush and got all the black stuff out of my teeth 10 years old still does perfect

Please make an option to pay items (hats and cans) to save your streak or else I delete the app

I decided to check out the app because my son and I were in need of a new toothbrush. After just two minutes of using it, we received a surprise. However, when we opened it, we were shocked to see inappropriate language, including the n-word and the F-word, which is completely unacceptable. On day two, the weather was quite chilly, around 36 degrees Fahrenheit, and my son used the toothbrush again. But then, I suddenly stopped hearing the familiar buzz of the toothbrush and heard my son call, “DAD!” That caught my attention, and I rushed to the bathroom, only to find 18+ videos that were absolutely not suitable for children. We had no choice but to return the toothbrush due to the issues with the app, and we deleted it immediately. To the app owner: be aware that there are also creepy jumpscares that occur after brushing, which adds to the negative experience. This app urgently needs maintenance to address these serious flaws and improve the overall user experience. I would love to give this app a 5 star review, however, its inability to sync across multiple devices is a major flaw. We have the app on each of our phones (we parents) and 1 tablet because our daughter LOVES brushing with this app! She is always excited and makes it a big reveal to see what new present het Sparkly got today! However- it’s impossible as busy parents to have her brush with the same phone/tablet every time. When she brushes with one and not the other two, she doesn’t get credits and it ruins her ‘brushing streak’ and impacts the presents her Sparkly gets. Then she gets upset. So now, every night she brushes with one she didn’t brush with the night before, we have to go in the parent dashboard and manually give her credit. It’s incredibly frustrating. And I can’t even imagine if I was a parent trying to share custody across two households, or had more than one child I was needing to brush teeth at same time, what a nightmare. This could be sooooo incredible. But the lack of syncing is ridiculous and believe me if my daughter didn’t love it so much (and it does do what it claims for her- her teeth brushing has improved a TON), we’d have given up on it. Come on Sonicare, you have to know this is not really sustainably functional for most families without the ability to sync a profile across devices?!

My kid is 7. He doesn’t have a phone, so he has to use mine, but if I’m working, he doesn’t have my phone, but the app doesn’t give credit if he didn’t use my app for brushing. I’m his mother - if I want to give him credit, I shouldn’t have to ask the app developer. This app is awful.

App freezes a lot. Crashes when I try to access calendar. Freezes during brushing. At the last 10 seconds it zooms through and finishes. Frustrating my kid to where he doesn’t want to use the app. He can’t click on his presents or change outfits or backgrounds without closing and opening the app.

How do you access the learning path to the next achievement? After my child brushed, she saw a path and it gliched back to the sparkly. How do you access the sparkly adventures?

My teeth feel soooooooooooo clean after I brush. But I don’t like that I gives me no time to spit. But otherwise AMAZING😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄🫶🫶🫶🫶😜😜😜
