It crashes, glitches and is awful. Used to be great!

My kids love the app, but it will randomly knock their brushing streaks from the teens and zeros them out even though they brushed twice in the same day. Can be demotivating. Should be able to update in parent mode and truly get credit for the brush.

Every single time I log in and it says uh oh I press the x but it doesn’t work. Ok that is it

Got this from a recommendation from my sister and am shocked at how it has completely changed bedtime! We've been using it for a couple weeks and the novelty hasn't worn off in the slightest. My kids basically think that their sparkly is a pet! 😂 I think 3 years is the perfect age for using this app, they are so excited about it and every time I need them to come get ready for bed I just say sparkly is going to go to bed if we don't hurry and they immediately listen and bedtime is so much smoother. I would think taking the phone away afterward would be a problem but it hasn't been, I tell them to give him kisses and say goodnight, which they do, and then give it right back. (I told you they think we have a pet.) As a hygienist I have been strict about my kids oral hygiene, but even being consistent as we have since day 1, they still have gone through phases of fighting me and throwing tantrums when it was time to brush. Not anymore! Thank you sonicare!

She constantly gets spray paint. Kids want clothes and accessories and scenes, not the same things over and over. So often spray paint. Pay attention to your reviews, this is a constant theme in them.

Can’t use the app on Mom AND DAD’s phone together for their child. Can only be used on one phone at a time, so if it’s on Mom’s phone and she isn’t home the child can’t use the toothbrush with the app! That’s ridiculous. What about grandparents having the app on their phone for times when they are with the child!!! Please make a sign in part to the app so multiple caregivers can use the app for one the same child or children.

All in all the app is cool but we will have a good streak and then it just resets to 1 again. I don’t know why this upsets me so much. I just know they need to fix this go glitch. The one star is because this glitch really upsets my daughter and that really upsets me.

This app is great to have kids brush their teeth for 2 minutes. But this app needs to be updated, app doesn’t load all the time, app stops in the middle of brushing.

I tried this app for more than 100 days and before the speed for low power mode was 1m 48s and then it is 1m 52s and now it is 1m 56s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😡 So that’s why I am now doing 2m
