Ever since I composed my kyc and i logged out I haven’t been able to log back in, there is no place that says login only to register, please fix this so i can access my pi please.

Pls, pi organizer's you need to do something about people’s pi been cleared off by scammers. create an authenticator app and make your security a little more serious.

I keep getting error whenever I try updating the number, it says “enter valid phone number or I can only change 2 digit” either way I still get a invalid message

Good day, I’ve been trying to login to my Pi account since last week, but I have been unable to get into the account I used my number to open the account and tired to retrieve the account several times but I wasn’t able to do so I have also made complaints several times but still haven’t gotten any response please I would be expecting a response on how to go about retieving this account.

My Kyc is still pending almost 3 years now please help me

As you are trying all your best for we community, and our pounds to stay secured. We need to have a payment authentication. eg (google authentication)or any other authentication method! for our pi browser wallet so that our funds will stay safe even when some one steal our pass phrase. Thanks 🙏

There’s a lot of poor service recently... I can’t verify my number and to top it all… there’s no login option for existing users… I get only new registration options and this will lead to multiple accts and bad for the network… please do something about it
