Notification on Apple Watch comes through but when you touch YES it does not verify on the site your accessing. Please fix.

In a nutshell, a multi factor authentication tool. In theory it offers authentication notifications. About half the time though, you do not get the notification and the MFA request times and you have to enter the 6 digit code manually. Other MFA tools seem to work flawlessly each time but ping just seems to work depending on the weather….

Since the update to V2 they have made it worse, the big swipe up button to authenticate has gone, now you have a small button at the bottom of a screen that looks like it’s been designed by a 2 year old. You need to stop wasting screen space with will buttons and stupidly small fonts. How did this ever get signed off as a improvement for release.

Worked fine till after the Easter break now push notifications never arrive now. Not easy to contact them either

The new design has far too much white space and far too little presence allocated for the buttons you actually use day to day. The yes it’s me is soo close to the no it’s not which combined take up a very small amount of the screen. When these are the most commonly used it’s a poor design.

Easy to use but I dislike the loss of the slider to approve access - it was super fast to use and the replacement with a statement you have to click is slower (and less aesthetically pleasing, which is more sad than actually problematic).

Just used v2 for the first time. All that screen space and two stupid little yes/no buttons at the bottom of the screen. What kind of fool does that? Did you consider people with reduced abilities? Clearly not.

Absolutely hopeless. Doesn’t work.
