While the app works fine the widget most of the time shows a message "you are not logged in", but when I open the app I am actually logged in and the tasks are showing correctly. Also a bit pricey, if you don't live in a country with high income.
With unpaid version it only gives you basic info for which you can easily search on the Internet, doesn’t really help or making change to your plant’s health. However, the reason I del the app was because it didn’t update with current weather condition. I input my location and yet the temp setting was 24-27 degree while in reality it was 40-45 with extremely dry air. There is no option to change it manually in the app.
Since Covid I have been buying plants and mostly they survived but did not thrive. Several lavenders and sage plants I killed cause I either over watered them or underwatered. This app is super granular. You can add a bunch of details about your plant and it’s location and the app will notify you whenever you need to go and water them. My plants have been thriving and I started propagating several of them cause now it’s almost getting out of hand how big they’ve become. Every time someone says I have a green thumb and they could never keep a plant alive, I smile and tell them about Planta. HIGHLY recommend!!!
It’s nice but if you want your plants to live you have to pay for the planta premium
So far it has killed 4 plants for overwatering and 1 with underwatering. Telling me to water a plant in 28 days, really? Not worth the money, not worth it even free

The plant advisor that you pay for is just a beta feature that gives some generic tips you ususally find on google. Scams!
Since i got this app i’ve been using it non stop and i’m loving it. The only issue i have with it is that i can’t note if i water my plants before the scheduled day. Sometimes my plants are very dry and need water a few days before the app tells me to water and i think it would be very helpful to be able to note in the app when i water my plants off schedule. Besides that i really recommend every plant lover to try this app
I’ve struggled to keep plants alive but this app has helped a lot. I’d love a feature that would adjust my plants’ schedule based on vacation or being out of town. And give suggestions of what tasks can be postponed vs the plants that cannot go without care.
