I was offered R559 yet when I proceeded it took almost R784.97. Unacceptable. I would like the difference refunded. I agreed to R569 not R784.97.

has identified plants wrongly, does not give enough options, is difficult to navigate... very disappointed

So far so good on the free version …. I am a pensioner, do not want to spend money prematurely unless this app shows to be a good one.

Customers will pay for your service once until they realise they can find it on google - with reverse image search Do your own googling. It’s the same. Multiple plants - looks like they are user submitted - monstera adansonii had two submissions… even with paying for identification- it would be useless… it’s the same Plant. These companies need to harness into the more unique knowledge. We are downloading this because we are serious? But maybe you market to the instagram majority? Stupid. Make the app better. I might buy it one day. Right now my own brain is better… .

I have downloaded and tried a number of plant apps. But this one is amazing! Will recommend to anyone serious about plants and their specific needs.

This is a fantastic app. I like that plants can be categorised into rooms and factors such as soil, pot size, size of plant etc affect the recommended watering schedule of the plant. The app has a light meter which I think may come in handy in the future. If I had to make a few suggestions: 1. Offer a free trial. 2. Allow for the identification of garden plants and not just pot plants. 3. Add a hydroponic function for people who have growers at home. 4. Add the option for a grow light. 5. Give more detailed info about plants scanned such as treatment for pets etc. 6. Allow for “smart identification” of plant problems rather than having to communicate with a bot. As I said, this app is great and I am so happy that I changed from another popular app to this one. I really think that adding a few more features would help to justify the cost.

I’ve struggled to keep plants alive but this app has helped a lot. I’d love a feature that would adjust my plants’ schedule based on vacation or being out of town. And give suggestions of what tasks can be postponed vs the plants that cannot go without care.

My top gripes are that you can’t log temperatures and humidity, you can’t add your own illnesses you have to use dr.planta, and you can’t make more customizable schedules. As an obsessive plant parent I would really like to be able to see data about my plant. It would be helpful for me to know specifically how wet the soils stays and what temperatures and humidity the plant seems to be thriving in. A more growth assisting app would be so helpful. I want more than just a basic reminder app. I think AI could probably help a lot to make a more informative and effective app that is not so restrictive!
