Dude I’m trying to do anything on this dang app and it’s like “lost connection to server” or “reload page” or “can’t send” or it signs me out of my account I’m trying to log into and then won’t confirm anything when I’m trying to your app is so glitchy it’s insane but it’s fitting for how glitching and finicky all Sony stuff is. And it pisses me off

I sometimes download my games to my console using this app, but I never know the actual size of the file I’m downloading. It would great if this app would show this information, so I can know if I have enough space to download the file. I’d also like to be able to look at my wallet before purchasing anything. I can’t see my wallet in my settings.

I’m not too much of an online gamer so most of the features i barley ever use. But the point wouldn’t let me redeem the gta shark cards because I already bought it before. I don’t see why i can’t use the points on something like that but it whatever. But i use the media captures to download from my phone and make videos out of them and there’s always a problem with it. Either they don’t load the new ones in or the old vids won’t load either.

All I’m saying is I have no trouble signing into the xbox app.

The app is ok but it’s annoying how you have to have a console to use the app Ik tryna talk to my friends but I don’t have a play station so I can’t

(From Iran) I don’t know if sanctions are the reason for this mess but I know people from other countries who also have trouble signing in, facing “can’t connect to the server” error. Please fix it.

I just love PlayStation it’s so good
