This app is completely useless. It saves none of your information and makes you do everything on a desktop version. Also if you forget your user ID and inquire to get it back, they do a soft credit check on your account. This bank is a total scam. Closing my account out asap.

Aside from seeing your balance and very recent activity the app is relatively useless. What is frustrating is the web portal automatically directs you to the app, and the app has no statements or functionality making it very frustrating to do anything or get information. It is hard to fathom how this setup is considered acceptable in 2024 when most tweens could do a better job creating an app.

Horrible App, can’t do anything on it.

Cannot login on website and app only shows basic information can't do anything on it. When I try and login on chrome/safari it forces me to app. Cannot do anything unless on desktop which is annoying. Horrible services

Pretty much the same complaints as the other reviews. The app and website are absolute garbage. Not user friendly at all.

Please take time to update the app so basic user functionality is available.

The worst bank with the worst customer service. Can’t even access my account anymore. My money is just left there and customer service does nothing. STAY AWAY!

The app is completely pointless. You can’t do any thing at all on it. And trying to login to view my savings account on my phone force opens the app so I can’t even view anything on the website either. Genuinely don’t even understand how it’s possible to be this bad.

Unbelievable how bad their app, website, and service are. The browser on you phone forces you to login through the app, but the app doesn’t allow you to conduct *any* business. Want to transfer money in? Nope, gotta use a desktop to go to their website. I have to reset my password every time because it tells me it is wrong, even though I screenshot my last login so I *know* it is correct. Calling them is a nightmare also. I’ve set up recurring transfers from my funding bank and yet it never saves the info. I wish I had picked a buyer bank for a high-yield savings account. I’ll be closing this ASAP.

Just bad. Keeps loosing my Login info so i have to keep reentering uet pwd. Face recognition keeps restarting so i have to keep logging on w user pwd. Just terrible app dont work as it should
