Disappointing :/
Im from Mexico, I was expecting for second time the delivery of a Vinil album that I got from Lamour Records. Both of them never came to the destiny. First of all, the Post Nord platform has many deficiencies. At no time does the Tracking ID or Delivery Route mention to which postal service they deliver the product, or in charge of which company is responsible for following up, it only indicates that it has already been delivered. Secondly, the Tracking ID number (13 digits) only applies to the company there in Sweden, here in Latin America it regularly has 18 tracking digits or more, which they do not offer either which makes impossible for tracking. In addition, when one contacts Post Nord, all the indications and agents only speak regional languages (such as Swedish), something that in other continents is super complicated to have an understanding. Hope in the future you can learn about how Customs work out of your region and optimize your personal and App. I didn’t choose to use this service, it was picked by the record label. But doubtless, it would never ever be an option for delivery. My money wasted for second time 🥲
