I like the array of workout routines on PreHab. Although I see a PT in real life, I tend to like the workout programs from ReHab better due to the variety and video instruction. It’s really helped me get back on track - and back to the gym.
I have been struggling with tennis elbow for a year. I saw a physical therapist regularly and followed all the recommendations but could never see lasting improvement. Pain started traveling into my wrist and I decided to find a different approach. I had watched Prehab guy videos on YouTube so I decided to download their app. The wrist and elbow program has helped more than a year of in office PT and I love how easy the app is to follow.
Wow!! What an amazing app and program!! I didn’t know what to do after I finished PT and this has been wonderful. I love how I don’t have to think about it and you tell me exactly what to do, how to do it, and for how long. Bonus- there’s modifications if it’s too hard or to easy. Thank you for sharing your wonderful expertise and making rehab easily accessible. The ONLY thing that would make it 5 stars is if there was a “rest” at the very beginning when you start the exercises, and if the “rest” came back between each of the “circuit” exercises and the “rest” between each side of the circuit exercises. This would truly allow you to complete it in hands free mode. I don’t like how I have to keep going back and forth to my phone to pause it. But other than that, way to go! Will be telling all my family and friends about your program!
Great to get me loose for competitive sports and workout regimens
As a Physical Therapist, I wasn’t able to give my patients a recommendation for how to continue their journey after graduating PT until the Prehab app came around. This app has so many great programs to keep our patients healthy and keep them engaged with their constantly growing content.
Love the Achilles Prehab program! It’s so useful to have a progression of exercises!
The reason I chose this App is that it was created by several very talented PhD Physical Therapists. They base all their work on proven scientific methods and years of cumulative experience helping patients heal. The App is designed to prove guidance at every step of the journey back from injury to recovery. It provides explanations through graduated steps that are level appropriate. The videos at each level are not only informative but one of the PTs performs the exercises so the patient can see proper technique while attempting to perform the exercises. And, There’s a built-in timer so you don’t have to constantly reset an external one. The method of utilizing explanations in conjunction with instructive videos is a technique that makes so much more sense than looking at a static photo of an exercise! Can’t say enough great things about this App! Apart from the fact that it’s based on science, it’s fun. It’s a great addition to any hands-on Rehab program.
I suffered a lower back injury from snowboarding late last year. I started feeling better about 6 weeks post injury, but once I reintroduced lifting weights, I exacerbated the injury and was in so much pain. I felt miserable for a few weeks until I came across The Prehab Guys and their lower back Rehab program. I am on week 7 now, and this program coupled with lighter exercise has truly helped me! I am in way less pain than I was, and I am finally moving into multiple days in a row where I am not in pain at all! I should note that I am not taking any pain relievers or anything either; this is simply a result of following the programming as intended. I will never not do some sort of Prehab after this injury, and I am so happy they have a lower back and running Prehab programs which I will be doing next alongside my regular workout regimen! I signed up for the year subscription after going through this! Thank you Prehab Guys!
If you’re recovering from an injury you need this app. After failing miserably at in person pt for a neuroma and arthritis I downloaded prehab and was out of pain in a week. I’m now rehabbing my second injury with prehab and am pretty much fully functioning after 2 months of using this program. As a dancer, I can’t believe I am back to dancing so quickly and out of pain. Thank you!
