If I try to amend booking, it takes me through all of the stages. I press amend changes and all I get is message unsuccessfull.

Downloaded to my iPhone. Try to open and get message to tap “update” as it’s out of date. Tapping update returns me to App Store and only option is to open the same downloaded app. Can’t get out of this loop. Now in App Store get message to update which I’ve done and app is now fine.

Great app, but always checking the postcode when making bookings, even in countries like UAE where they don't exist.

I always use Premier Inn’s app for booking all my hotels. It’s so easy to use & easy to pay for your room too. Would highly recommend the Premier Inn App!

The App is great but I have been locked out of my account for weeks and despite multiple calls to premier inn, there is no one to speak to about account support and this issue! Please sort it out, staff said this is a known issue with password resets.

Login broken, does not send reset emails, waste of an app, just use a website or comparison site instead
