Absolutely love this app. It helped me through a very bad postpartum with two of my children. During COVID, they gave me a free trial when I got laid off to cover me for a whole year. This team is excellent, compassionate and everything that a pregnant woman needs during pregnancy and after. Definitely recommend it
I have been a user for years. Best yoga app ever. It would be great if prenatal yoga covered postpartum too.
The transitions are not natural enough for someone who practices yoga traditionally. There needs to be more cues to transition as well
I used this app with both of my pregnancies and I loved it! It really helped with my lower back pain with a growing belly! You can choose what areas you want to focus on and the amount of time you have!
I’m on baby #3 pregnancy now and I’ve used this app each time. I love how customizable it is, how you can choose your music/voice vibe, how much or how little instruction you want, length of time, if you want to focus on a specific area or kind of movement, etc. Such a supportive part of my prenatal and postpartum journey every time. Highly recommend!
I used this app 1-2 times a day during my pregnancy, and I never regretted it. It always felt amazing to stretch, and the app helped to keep me accountable. I suffered greatly from sciatica pain and acid reflux, so it was incredibly helpful to have the options in the app to adjust for those conditions.
Using this for the second time now, I forgot how awesome it is! It’s like taking a real yoga class - from the comfort of your home!
I’ve used down dog yoga since 2018 and was so thrilled to have the prenatal option through both pregnancies. The modifications suggested throughout were so helpful, in addition to all of the customization already possible. It helped me stay active and strong and ready to welcome my babies. I tell every pregnant friend about it.
