The app is way too useful, I can’t find proper words to display

Pros - location very accurate - user friendly (although help files need to updated- eg. difficult to find description of "camouflage" feature Cons - needs to be open and active to work (not just running in the background) - messages/ alerts designed to get thief to open Prey are not convincing - attempt to disguise Prey as a game also not convincing. Any criminal worth their salt would know what Prey is - camouflage feature doesn't work Suggested improvements - messages/ alerts to get thief to open Prey should be customizable (e.g choice of 5 different icons, 5 different false app names, user can choose to write their own message for the notification) - a normal alarm notification could be good for above - Prey could disguise itself as something other than a game (again, choice in icon and name) I would pay for suggested improvements. Maybe not a subscription but definitely a once off fee

This app is completely useless to me! The app only works when its active on your phone. And if the app is offline, you can send a fake notification to your phone in hope that the thief clicks on the message, if not it won't work. Secondly, no one can access my phone anyway as the activation lock is in place. Useless app, not worth the download. Find my Iphone much better. Cumbersome usage as well. Not for recommendation!

This app is unusable. Everytime I try to open the control panel and try to sign in, it crashes before I can do anything.

This app requires to be opened to actually work. So my iMac that is stolen will never be found as the thief needs to run the app while online. The same applies to mobile devices. I don't hold any hope of finding it with Prey

Location never gets updated.

Doesn’t work at all!

Gives one peace of mind. I'll pay for an app like this.
