Everywhere on the Princess site send you to this app. When you get here, nothing will open. Ex: can’t find way to enter OceanReady information or order my Medallions. I hope the ships run better than this app.!!

The app no longer accepts my credit card information and app support from Princess is null. Definitely a problem! The app will accept information for the “shoreside” payment but not for the “shipboard” payment. Definitely an app issue. Even the display is different between the 2 screens.

Cannot get full screen for iPad. Who's the designer?

There is no excuse for such an incomplete incompetence in this app for such a big cruise line. Glitchy and disorganized. Not nearly enough info on it at any stage. One sentence info, chat doesn’t work and the booking system only allows you to access your room not anyone else you are cruising with. Deck maps are clunky slow with no info. I just started using google AI and it’s gets me info about the ship faster. Shameful!!!

Princess needs to hire a decent IT PM and experienced programmers before they deploy another update! The app gives me error after error but never tells me what the errors are. When I called Princess for one error I was told my credit card needs to have an expiration date 6 months beyond the cruise date…ok…why didn’t the app error just tell me this and save me making a phone call and hold time! I’m now dealing with another error whenever I try to have the medallion shipped to my house instead of picking it up at the port…the cruise is 5 months away???

This app was very helpful for a quick check in to the cruise itself. It also does a very good job of telling you about all the activities in different genres of interest going on in a specific day. Navigating with its step by step instructions can be a little challenging, but nothing you don’t get used to. Overall, I think this app does a great job in general of making sure all guests on Princess cruises have a great time!

This appears to be a very useful app. BUT, this is day 6 of a Christmas cruise and the app consistently fails. 1) I have a drink order still being prepared after 30 minutes. This happens repeatedly and the bar tenders never explain why they don’t get my requests. 2) I’ve been unable to make dining reservations. The app consistently tells me there are no openings. But then I walk to the dining rooms and find reservations at available. 3) requests for assistance with my room safe went unanswered in spite of numerous requests via the app. 4) The entire ship is computerized including navigation. If the app can’t order drinks, make reservations or bring assistance when needed, how are the other ship computers working!? This app has a long history of low ratings. Obviously the cruise company does not care about their shoddy product.

The app will not do anything. Before the update I could at least login. It would not allow me to check in, add travel information, see cruise contract, update passport/ citizenship information, update photo, or anything. I tried adding flight information gave me an error but told me I need to save information to move on but would not update the information. Now, it does absolutely nothing. Just sits on the logo can’t login. Just like my bed on the last cruise it is broken.

The app has so many problems I don’t even know how to complain. Literally nothing was done right
