Princess Cruises

All my previous information have disappeared, only my full name has appeared on greeting page. All my prepaid shore excursions information cannot be accessed! What’s gone wrong with this so called “NEW UPDATE APP”???

Have just logged in to the new Princess App and all my information has disappeared! There is literally nothing there. I have tried to log back in but the App will not recognise my booking number.

Have repeatedly downloaded, rung Princess and still haven’t got check in complete. Have sailed successfully with previous medallion app 6 times

This is the first use case I need the app for and the complete button doesn’t do anything. Not a good start to our princess experience.

Everywhere on the Princess site send you to this app. When you get here, nothing will open. Ex: can’t find way to enter OceanReady information or order my Medallions. I hope the ships run better than this app.!!

The app no longer accepts my credit card information and app support from Princess is null. Definitely a problem! The app will accept information for the “shoreside” payment but not for the “shipboard” payment. Definitely an app issue. Even the display is different between the 2 screens.

Cannot get full screen for iPad. Who's the designer?

There is no excuse for such an incomplete incompetence in this app for such a big cruise line. Glitchy and disorganized. Not nearly enough info on it at any stage. One sentence info, chat doesn’t work and the booking system only allows you to access your room not anyone else you are cruising with. Deck maps are clunky slow with no info. I just started using google AI and it’s gets me info about the ship faster. Shameful!!!

Princess needs to hire a decent IT PM and experienced programmers before they deploy another update! The app gives me error after error but never tells me what the errors are. When I called Princess for one error I was told my credit card needs to have an expiration date 6 months beyond the cruise date…ok…why didn’t the app error just tell me this and save me making a phone call and hold time! I’m now dealing with another error whenever I try to have the medallion shipped to my house instead of picking it up at the port…the cruise is 5 months away???

This app was very helpful for a quick check in to the cruise itself. It also does a very good job of telling you about all the activities in different genres of interest going on in a specific day. Navigating with its step by step instructions can be a little challenging, but nothing you don’t get used to. Overall, I think this app does a great job in general of making sure all guests on Princess cruises have a great time!
