Prosegur SMART.

It is not possible to use the app on an iPad, which is a significant problem

The app has work for a week. And now it didn’t work’s anymore. I try to contact but that is not possibel when you not in Spain

Easy to use. Very simple and pleasant. Prosegur can improve the app by doing 2 things. When we installed the system with outside cameras, we were told to use the superlivepro app. This app is not supported any longer in the newest ios. With the superlivepro app which we used before, you were able to select a day for instance and you would get a list of movements of the recordings of the outside cameras. It was easy to scroll and select a specific movement. Smart app does not give that opportunity yet. Outside turnable camera cannot be turned in the smart app. The superlivepro app had that possibility. We bought a turnable expensive outside camera at Prosegur and now we cannot turn it with the smart app. The superlivepro app gave that possibility. Please fix these two items!

Logging in is not user friendly, no fingerprint login available, which is more secure. Arming and disarming from the app very very often fails. Edit 19dec Now the app is much more user friendly to log into and arming and disarming is way easier. Has barely ever failed since the launch of this version. HOWEVER, now I no longer get real-time notifications from the app of status changes of the alarm (like arming or disarming) or even no notifications when the alarm sounds because someone entered without disarming. Aplicação com muitos bugs. Entra em loop no login quer seja a introduzir password ou por face id e nao permite qq acesso às funcionalidades ou controlo do alarme.

A interligação entre a App e os sistema da loja tem períodos de demora na actualização da informação. Após alguns minutos de desligar ou ligar o alarma, é que aparece na app essa informação. Obrigado

Ao longo dos anos esta aplicação mostrou vários problemas e já reportei diversas vezes mas a gota de água é a obrigatoriedade de mudar de password que tem causado problemas sempre que mudo, tais como os utilizadores perderem permissões para ligar ou desligar o alarme. Tentei com outro utilizador dar permissões de administração mas não funciona. Eu não tenho tempo nem paciência para tantos problemas que esta aplicação me tem causado. Vou começar a usar o comando e desinstalar esta aplicação.

A app continua a não ter disponível o botão SOS. Já foi reportado n vezes e continua sem resolução.
