La app Prosegur Smart te permitirá controlar tu alarma y demás servicios en cualquier momento y desde cualquier lugar a través de una única interfaz, simple e intuitiva.

Con nuestra app podrás:
- Acceder a la misma mediante reconocimiento de huella dactilar o facial, si tu dispositivo lo permite.
- Ver imágenes de tu hogar o negocio.
- Consultar el estado de tu alarma.
- Conectar, desconectar y conectar parcialmente tu alarma.
- Acceder a la información sobre la actividad de tu alarma y dispositivos.
- Recibir los vídeos de tu hogar o negocio ante un evento de alarma – si tu sistema lo permite.
- Recibir notificaciones en tiempo real ante eventos en tu sistema de alarma y dispositivos.
- Modificar tus contactos a quién llamará nuestra Central de Monitoreo frente a un evento de Alarma.
- Visualizar vídeo en vivo y acceder a las grabaciones tanto para los servicios de vídeo en la nube, CCTV y video porteros.

App on iPad

It is not possible to use the app on an iPad, which is a significant problem

App didn’t work for days

The app has work for a week. And now it didn’t work’s anymore. I try to contact but that is not possibel when you not in Spain

Good app, improvements needed though

Easy to use. Very simple and pleasant. Prosegur can improve the app by doing 2 things. When we installed the system with outside cameras, we were told to use the superlivepro app. This app is not supported any longer in the newest ios. With the superlivepro app which we used before, you were able to select a day for instance and you would get a list of movements of the recordings of the outside cameras. It was easy to scroll and select a specific movement. Smart app does not give that opportunity yet. Outside turnable camera cannot be turned in the smart app. The superlivepro app had that possibility. We bought a turnable expensive outside camera at Prosegur and now we cannot turn it with the smart app. The superlivepro app gave that possibility. Please fix these two items!

Not user friendly (edited 19&20dec2018)

Logging in is not user friendly, no fingerprint login available, which is more secure. Arming and disarming from the app very very often fails. Edit 19dec Now the app is much more user friendly to log into and arming and disarming is way easier. Has barely ever failed since the launch of this version. HOWEVER, now I no longer get real-time notifications from the app of status changes of the alarm (like arming or disarming) or even no notifications when the alarm sounds because someone entered without disarming. Please add or fix that feature ASAP. Edit 20dec After my last review, they immediately added the feature again. Super swift response, I’m happy!!
