Saya terlupa password, tapi option forgot password pada apps tidak dapat diakses, dan saya dimnta untuk menghibungi Bot. Tapi respon sangat pambat dan tiba2 hilang tanpa menyelesaikan apa-apa masalah.

Already resend TAC few times (more than 3) but still not receive any TAC number. Request developer and tester team to check on this issue. Love to user this apps as i already used it almost 3 years but when this kind of issue occur it quite leceh to use

Everytime i try to login, it says my session is expired??? How i just login then alr expired?

Bila login, dia kata suruh login utk update password. Tapi mcm mana nak update kalau login pun keluar dialogue tu?

I nak tgok my history pembelian, but then it automatically log out out of nowhere. When I tried to log in back, it said need to log in and update password, follow the prompt etc. But it did not let me log in?! So how am I supposed to follow the prompt ?! aiyaa please lah dont crash like this

I am experiencing significant issues with the login process on the Public Gold app. When I try to log in using my PG code and password, I repeatedly receive the following error message: “Important Notice: To enhance security, all users are required to update their passwords. Please log in and follow the prompt to create a new password. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.” This is frustrating because I cannot log in to update my password if the system won’t let me log in first! To resolve the issue, I tried using the “Forgot Password” option several times, but I have not received any TAC number via SMS or email (checked both inbox and spam folder). Previously, I had no issues logging in with my PG code and password. This new update has made the app completely unusable for me. Please address this issue urgently and provide a solution so I can regain access to my account. Thank you.

nak masukkn duit dekat pg gap tapi katanya suh tukar password masalahnya tk boleh login password lama untuk tujar password baru. jem pala
