Please take care, the company didnt have any contact number and they didnt reply in email and they took my money and they ask an evidence from me that i was have that amount how come !!! The statement it shows and i sent to them screenshot !!! I tried to reach them many times but i cant find any way , so please think many times before downloading

I’ve been using the Pyypl app for the past few weeks, and while the app has some promising features, my overall experience has been disappointing. For the last 10 days, I’ve been waiting for a response to a translation-related query, but I’ve heard nothing back. I hope the Pyypl team addresses this issue promptly and improves their customer support services. Until then, it’s hard to recommend this app to others.

Bad card, barely works anywhere

I an using this app for the second and the last time.i too up using regular bank transfer which as per them it takes only 3 working days but thats an utter lie..it takes more than a week and u need to constantly be following it up with emails and chat..they dont have a number to contact and the chat closes exactly at 2200 which they r very prompt at but not replying to ur concern.So if planning to sent money on urgent basis plz dont trust this app and if u got lot of time to follow thru emails then use this app.

They stole my money, I had a refund from the month of April till now in July I still don’t have any refund , very bad application I don’t recommend it to anyone

I have deposited 1000aed + cash (salary) through recharge machine and try to send to my Home (india) since 3 days im running behind the transaction And the amount i can’t take back due to they're policy, No any response from the team aswell In my home required the amount urgently But the amount still pyyple Hand.

Really worst.international transfer is not going through. My funds are stuck in your wallet, preventing me from completing international transfers.Every transaction I attempt got declined.Really fed up with your service.Another drawback is lack of effective customer service and the chatbot available appears to be merely for show.Pls guys if you are unable to solve this issue return back my money to my native account.At this point, i am no longer interested in continuing to use your services.

i encountered the worst customer service ever i issued a refund and provided an invoice to support it’s been over a month all they say is keep waiting very disappointing
