I’m giving a bad review on the customer care response to through the app, it takes them forever to reply to a single message, I simply requested an update regarding a refund which I provided all the supporting documents to process and refund, but I couldn’t get response or approval for my request for more than 20 business days, you guys should do more than that, but by the way Pyypl is one of the best wallet to me

I open this bank and top up , also request for physical card for more than a week now I have not gotten my card , why I haven’t got my card , I don’tlike this , even my friend I refer this app too , have not received his card too

I need to be able to withdraw back to Binance wallet which used in topping up!! Help!!

I made a school fees payment which you guys said completed my school said money not received i mailed you still nothing from you guys these was a very bad experience using your services for study purposes after that you restricted my account again

I just registered the app and done with the verification a friend send me money because they said I have to top up so I can be able to get a card , I have an amount in my balance but the card option is still telling me to top up before I can get a card , fix this

Don’t even try downloading this app these guys are bunch of scammers. You’ll top up but nothing will show in the app even though money has already been deducted from your main account

The ID verification doesn’t work, it keeps rejecting my ID Card and your customer support is responding to my messages. But your support bot was kind and nice.

I have been trying to reach the customer service for an important issue for the past 5 days and no response since then, what kind of service is this, my account has been blocked multiple times and ther literally no one one the app to help, it’s quite frustrating, please help me fix this issue.
