Usually I don’t write an app feedback. But in case with that’s app dear iOS community please be aware. they just block access to your account after certain amount of time without any reason with no feedback or whatsoever hence you would loose access to your funds. Avoid by any reason.

App can freeze your money any time for any longer and you will not now when it ends. wherein you can still fund your account but not withdraw money! And there no any notification about it in advance. If I could I would not give them even 1 star

There is no way of contacting customer support, I have requested a refund from an online shop, I used pyypl card for the payment and the refund was supposed to be returned to my original payment method, which the shop did and refund me but pyypl doesn’t seem to care they lost my refund in between and it’s sitting in their bank but my account was never credited back, Don’t bother they always respond with “due to high demand, there is no live support” After the update and changing to visa the cards are prepaid and not accept in most online places

A lot of fees, overall this app is just a scam

Very bad app and very bad customer service. I can’t login to my account and they don’t want to help, they only say “update the app” without asking if i have the last version. I can’t get my money back, I start feeling they are scam

Avoid falling in the loophole of asking for help. These people are perpetually trying to give you the impression that they’re the only people on the globe who are providing service to all humanity. If you have the endless patience to repeat your inquiry to everyone one popping in every 10 minutes only to ask say, “My name is so and so, how can I help you” - delay you , in other words, for a decade 😡

I’ve never been so disappointed with an app. So infuriating

Please take care, the company didnt have any contact number and they didnt reply in email and they took my money and they ask an evidence from me that i was have that amount how come !!! The statement it shows and i sent to them screenshot !!! I tried to reach them many times but i cant find any way , so please think many times before downloading

For the last 10 days, I’ve been waiting for a response to a translation-related query, but I’ve heard nothing back. This lack of communication is frustrating and undermines the app’s usefulness, especially for users who rely on timely and accurate translations. I hope the Pyypl team addresses this issue promptly and improves their customer support services. Until then, it’s hard to recommend this app to others.
