Radical: Luggage Storage

Unable to find the location despite asking all the locals in the area and walking around for 1 hour in the place. It seemed to not even exist as none of the locals knew about it, there was no signage or wayfinders at all. In the end had to walk back to thr station to store our luggages there. Wouldn’t use it again.

Please you guys in Malaysia dont use this applications! Your money will not refundable at all and the application not functional at malaysia. Scammer allert

easy to book and easy to locate the place. I was once booked for storage at Rome from 8-2.30pm as per apps stated, but just only found out the place opened at 9, wasted 1 hour and report straightaway to customer service, and got refunded few days after. very efficient and reliable! will use again in future! I’ve booked through the apps. However, I found the place which supposed to receive my luggage is closed down! No call to be answered and no reply to my email. Can’t trust all the listed shops in the apps. I highly suggest the BAGBNB to check their buisness partners regularly. I should thanks the responsive BAGBNB admin team too. They replied me immediately when I chat with them and refund me fully too.

Do you screen your facilities? I have booked storage at a facility near City Square Mall in Singapore at the address 165 Kitchener Rd. but the place is nowhere to be found.

Got my first booking cancelled without notice. Second booking got changed to a different location also without notice. When I got to said (third) location staff said there's a bug in the app and they don't participate at all and sent me to a fourth location, which was far away. I ended up missing the show I had tickets for 😓
