Used it in Rio with luggage storage in a hostel near Maracana for few days while traveling across the country. Could grab the baggage back at midnight which is awesome.

Пользовались этой услугой по прилету в аэропорт Бангкок Суварнапхуми. Немного заблудились пока искали пункт приема багажа, но нашли, сдали на 21 день. Все отлично!!! Сдавали одну огромную сумку с зимними вещами от всей семьи, чтоб не таскать ее за собой во время отдыха. Очень удобно!!!!

Бронировал камеру хранения в Вене, по прибытию по адресу с багажем, камера хранения не работала, в приложении это обозначено не было. Очень недоволен, пришлось ходить по городу с багажём. Причём на вокзале камера хранения была, в приложении об этом не было указано. Обещали вернуть деньги за бронь - не вернули. Не доволен, не буду пользоваться и другим не посоветую

Быстро находишь место рядом с собой и за 5 фунтов (в Лондоне) бронируешь место для багажа.

This service does not work in the evening in Munich, so every ask for support you got the same answer: we may refund your money. That’s not the end of story, because when I try to get back my luggage, the point was closed also and the support answered, we may refund your money. Are you crazy?! I want to get back my luggage in time. P. S. Do not use this service if you don’t want to loose time and get bad mood. The railway station has huge number of lockers and the airport has bulky luggage store. Yes, it cost little bit more, then 5€, but it works like a clock.

Очень удобный сервис. На карте нашла ближайшую точку сдачи багажа и тут же забронировала и оплатила услугу. Очень быстро и удобно. Занял весь процесс не более десяти минут. Здорово будет, если ещё добавят возможность сдать багаж на половину суток.

From the beggining it was look alike fraud (the luggage office in a hookah shop??? Really?), but for some reasons I decided to trust positive reviews...in vain(( I came to Brussels in the early morning (8a.m) but my plane was in the the late evening, so I wanted to stay in the city and take a walk. And with a luggage it’s a little bit uncomfortable)) The day before I made a booking and paid for a storage in «bagbnb» office nearby the Brussel-Nord Station, because the preliminary booking and 100% pre-payment was the obligatory requirement. I received confirmation, came to Brussels, waited for 2 hours until the opening of the bagbnb luggage office, came there and saw the closed doors🤷🏻‍♀️. As a result I had go back to the train station and to leave my luggage in a locker there, for a lower price by the way. I wrote to the chat in bagbnb application to ask what’s happened and how to get my money back, but NO answer!)) Moreover my message was deleted! No storage, no answer, no money! Of course, this 5€ isn’t a biggest lost in my life. I can live with it)) But I just want to share my experience with other people, who might fall into the same situation, as I did.

Сегодня впервые воспользовался сервисом. Оставили багаж в центре Варшавы. Когда мы пришли, сотрудники ресторана уже ждали нас и любезно разместили наши вещи в кладовой под замком. Мы жили в шикарной квартире от Airbnb, поэтому оставить вещи в лобби не могли) спасибо этому сервису за возможность провести последний день налегке. Минусы: Цена. Камера хранения на центральном вокзале в 2 раза дешевле.

Во Франции не показывал собственное расположение на карте и вместо точного адреса указывал примерный радиус.
