Disappointing…
Went to Hanoi, Vietnam for a vacation a couple of weeks back for a day trip and booked a luggage storage. When I got to the location, the store manager isn’t aware of this and refused to take my luggage. I contacted the support and took a while to respond so I had to believe that the location indicated in the app must be incorrect. Then the support person responded and told me I was in the correct location. They changes my booking to another location which was around 1km away and when I got there, the other store manager didn’t have any idea as well. They said that the same thing happened a few times before and believed it was a scam…. I requested a refund but still can’t confirm if it went through because I paid with my credit card. I would’ve given this 1 star but customer support was responsive. If this really is a legit platform, do a background check on your partners. It was such an inconvenience…

Hassle-free. Used this to store my luggage for 5 days in a hotel near the main train terminal in Rome while city hopping in Italy. Retrieved my bag in the same condition as I left it.

Unreliable
Got my first booking cancelled without notice. Second booking got changed to a different location also without notice. When I got to said (third) location staff said there's a bug in the app and they don't participate at all and sent me to a fourth location, which was far away. I ended up missing the show I had tickets for 😓
Scam - be aware! No storage at all
No storage at all! It’s a pure scam. I’d give 0 star if possible. This should be removed from App Store immediately.
Beware
Paid for this service. Went to location I was given. Someone’s apartment but no one was there and no one answered the phone we were calling. We had someone who spoke Spanish call from their phone and the person answered and said they don’t about radical storage or what we were talking about. So now I have to file with my credit card company to get my money back because they are unresponsive.
