to recover my account with my codes when I lost my previous phone. Without problems.

The bloody app deleted all my tokens, and I am unable to get into many of my accounts - I need an assistance to get my tokens back.

App was sold to a shady company that caused user data to be deleted after an update.

Suddenly with update I lost ALL of my authenticators that were stored only on device, not in iCloud. Now I have basically NO way to restore them, only through some hacking and sideloading an old version of an app, which is practically impossible if you don't have tech skills. Disaster!

Thanks to the new update, I’ve lost all my OTP keys, luckily I have been storing all the recovery keys elsewhere. Thank you for nothing

Completely unreliable developer who has not a single though about the user’s of his app. I lost all my data because of the new update with no way of getting my data back.

Last update deleted all my OTP tokens and for those who didn’t, exporting is now supposedly paywalled. An OTP/security app that does this loses all credibility forever.

This was open source but the original author sold it and it became ransomware.

After last update, they deleted all user data and ask for money. No warnings, nothing. Avoid at all cost. If you were using the app please report it. Apple needs to look into this shady business.

So apparently the new owner went for a first money grab and made the export option into paid feature while simultaneously loosing some users data. Now they rolled back. They even removed the “issues” section from GitHub. Red flags everywhere.
