After years of using this auth, yesterday I noticed that all my codes were gone! And the app asked me to start from the scratch! Update: They are lying when they say send us an email. They never reply back to them

Terminated All My Codes
Ive used local passacode, They terminated all my codes without warning i lost access to all my accounts. I just woke up and i was logged out.

I lost everything thanks to the latest updates. I tried to contact the team via email for help, but no reply. I’ll never use this app again.

All data is lost
After last update I lost all my 2fa
Last update caused total data loss
I tried to use the app this morning to retrieve one of my OTP but I had the worst surprise: all my codes were gone for good! After the last update my account and all the data it contained have been erased. Unfortunately I had no backup and I did not use iCloud, therefore the chance of recovery is 0.
Lost all codes after update
I will never trust this app or developers again - luckily I had a previous backup but if I hadn’t then what? Even after updating a second time I still can’t recover any code from the app itself. Zero stars.
